  1. 嘩...整得好靚呀!!! 有冇試過用bread flour? bread flour 同 一般flour 有咩分別呀?

  2. i still use the all purpose flour but i found that i make it better this time when i dun use yeast or baking powder.also egg white are the main part to bake a sponge cake.i think bread flour make the bread look finner.
