
我個餡係粟米,青豆,紅蘿蔔粒,洋蔥同蘋果肉 各少許.只要將佢地出水再用鹽,胡椒粉,生抽炒埋一齊約幾分鐘,再打隻蛋拌勻.
之後將topping(smesh potates: mixture with smesh potatoes ,some milk,white pepper,salt and cheese)放上面,再係個面舖一層芝士碎.
再放入preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes and serve.
