meatballs created by me


this is meatballs with carrot+onion sauce.i supposed try swiss meatballs but i dun have exact ingredient so i just try to make this.

i like the taste of the sauce, it is not that rich (u know the sauce of swiss meatballs is quite heavy ).

and the cooking steps are very easy.

First, seasons the minced pork by black pepper ,salt and minced chives for around 30 mins.

then prepare sauce: melt 2 tbsp of butter and then add chopped onion. cook til the onion becomes tender or for 2 mins.

                              add chopped carrot and potato, chicken broth and water. cook til veggie becomes tender

                              ,then add corn starch and cook for 2 mins ,add salt for seasoning(optional)

put sauce on the meatballs and serve. wahaha....as i am not sure how much to your serving , i shouldn't state clear about the measurement.



this soup has carrot, pear, "shuet e" , "mut jo" and chinese almond. it tastes sweet and " ho g yun" good for dry skin and winter.
