aw aw aw ....it should be a nice mango cake but i ruin the sponge cake . it doen't sponge >.<. i think it is the reason from beating the egg white because i can't make it as similar as foam form but just cream so... may be i try it next time .....when the mango prices goes down again:P
but i do like the mango mousse.i should say it is a pudding than a mousse toping. very yummy!!! (though i can't eat much)

回覆刪除oh you made mango mousse cake too? I just made it two days ago with my neighbor! I beat white eggs really hard too... I think I should use small bowl to beat white eggs because big bowl with few white eggs is hard to make white eggs to become whipped! Youtube.com has some good videos to teach you how to make sponge cake! Actually sponge cake requires some certain techniques!
