oh...haven't update for weeks.
this time, i really wanna talk about this marinated beef.
i can't believe that i forgot the beef becames shrinked during cooking.
while it is done, the size is just one half of the origin's.
but fortunately it is enough for our dinner. taste's bad too.
However, it is kinda expensive in terms of its price.
so....it can be cooked often i guess.
oh I am so behind of your blogs....here I come. Oh what kind of beef was it? I bought beef brisket today and planed to make Korean something... Hopefully it is the right beef because I want soft beef in the soup! ^^
