我最近整一種豬扒的醃汁幾好味,想跟你們分享一下.這樣醃出來的豬扒會比較"淋".
材料:(4塊豬扒for grill 的份量)
將材料拌勻放入保鮮袋,放入豬扒,先揉幾下讓醃料均勻分佈.然後待2小時或以上(我醃了4小時)便可以grill/煎喇.
煎時只要每面煎4-5分鐘就ok.
