ingredients:
- 4 cups flours
- 160ml warm milk 15m lcold milk
- 2 bananas and make to be buree
- 45ml sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10ml active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 egg
directions:
- leved flours twice and mix with salt. Preheat oven to 160'C
- mix yeast and sugar,pour in warm milk. add in flours gradually and mix.
- add in egg and cold milk. mix all stuff well and til tender and smooth.
- put the dough in a oil sprayed bowl and let it rise in draft-free place at warm room temp until double,1 to 1 1/2hrs.
- take out and divide into 3 parts, rest 20mins.put them into a baking pan and baked for 20mins.
