我愛食餃...無論廣東餃,北方餃,日式餃,煎餃,蒸餃,水餃,甚至雲吞...樣樣都愛.
而北方餃就是這篇的主角.我覺得用水煮比弄鍋貼較原汁原味.
餡料很簡單的.
只須要芫茜,椰菜,韮菜,薑茸,蔥花,半肥瘦碎肉,加埋調味料拌勻至起膠就可以包得喇~點埋薑絲醋汁...來多一客呀...唔該!!!
